- 1 Cup almond milk
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Cup Frozen Spinach
- 2 tbsp nut or seed butter
- 1 Scop scop protein (optional)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
Put ingredients into the container of a blender in the order listed.
Start blending on low speed and increase to high
Blend on high speed for 40-60 seconds until mixture is smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
